If you're new to web design, you can take advantage of Soholaunch Pro, our free online website builder. It's quick and intuitive to get you online in a flash. While it's geared toward businesses by default, you can easily customize it for a family website. If you're more experienced, you can create your website with any FTP-based software (Dreamweaver, GoLive, etc.). MS FrontPage is also supported. Family Shout! accounts are not "ad supported," so your website will only contain what you want on it.
